Role: Assistant Manager - Sales

As an Assistant Manager - Sales, you will be the face of Ivy homes for customers and partners. You will drive sales for specific micro-markets in Bangalore, working closely with the Sales Manager to convert leads, understand customer needs, and grow the business.

This role requires strong customer interaction, field engagement, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect and communicate effectively with potential buyers.
• Manage leads from the first interaction to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (brokers) to generate business.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Ensure consistent follow-ups and provide timely information to customers.
• Stay updated on property listings, pricing, and market trends.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Position Ivy homes effectively against competitors.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• 1-7 years of experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, Insurance, or other sales-driven industries (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong motivation to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
• Strong customer-first mindset and disciplined follow-up approach.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
• Comfortable working on weekends, as most site visits happen during this time.
• Willingness to travel across Bangalore.
• Must own a two-wheeler or car.
