Job summary

Galaxy Sivtek, a leader in fabrication and equipment manufacturing, seeks a senior procurement/ops professional with a proven track record in leading 6–8 executives. You will drive vendor development, inventory control, and lean processes to ensure efficient production and timely deliveries.

You will oversee ISO and IFC audit readiness, optimize ERP usage (SAP or equivalent), and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet capacity and quality goals. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 6–8 executives in fabrication/equipment manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO requirements from a purchase perspective including capacity planning and risk mitigation.
• Strong vendor development and supplier qualification capabilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management and lean practices (JIT, ABC, FIFO).
• Familiarity with SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
• Understanding of statutory IFC/audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fabrication/equipment manufacturing operations and output quality.
• Lead and develop a team of 6–8 executives, drive performance and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with ISO requirements from procurement and planning.
• Drive new vendor development and supplier onboarding.
• Manage inventory control, implement lean practices and efficiency.
• Utilize SAP or ERP to track procurement, inventory, and production data.
• Ensure readiness for statutory and IFC audits and reporting.

Role & responsibilities

1. Having Experience in Fabrication / Equipment Manufacturing Industries.
2. Should have handelled Team of 6 to 8 Executive Level People.
3. Should have good Knowledge about the ISO Requirement from the Purchase Point of View. I.e Capacity Planning, Risk Assessment, Mitigation plan etc.
4. Should have good Competency on New Vendor Development.
5. Should have good Knowledge about Inventory Management, inventory Control and Lean Practices like Just in Time Concept, ABC Analysis, FIFO Inventory etc.
6. Should have worked on SAP or Equivalent ERP.
7. Should have good Knowledge about the Statutory Audit and IFC Audit Requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Must be BE Mechanical Engineer with 10 to 12 Yrs Of Experience.
2. Should be Good in Written and Verbal English Communication.
3. Should have good Market Product Price Awareness and also should be aware of Availibility of Suppliers for Different Products In Market
