Job summary

Stellar Gastronom Pvt Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC and refrigeration projects for hotels and restaurants.

You will assist in planning, installation coordination, maintenance follow-ups, vendor management, and site execution to ensure timely project completion. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and internal teams, supervise site activities, monitor timelines and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC or hospitality projects.
• Knowledge of installation and maintenance of kitchen equipment and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with hotel, restaurant and caf project execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing end-to-end projects related to commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, and refrigeration installations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Supervise installation activities at hotels, restaurants, cafs, cloud kitchens, and other hospitality sites.
• Monitor project timelines, site progress, and material deliveries.
• Support in preparation of project schedules, BOQs, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and service activities for installed equipment.
• Ensure quality standards and safety compliance during project execution.
• Handle vendor and supplier coordination for procurement and installation requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting site issues related to kitchen equipment, HVAC, and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct site visits and provide regular project status updates to management.
• Support project handover, testing, commissioning, and client training activities.
