Job summary

Agratas – A Tata Enterprise, a Tata Sons subsidiary, seeks a seasoned PMO/NPI professional to ensure disciplined execution of NPI Gateway processes across all programs, supporting Program Managers and leadership.

You will manage Gateway deliverables, coordinate with PMO/PM teams, prepare gateway presentations, assess readiness, and drive continuous improvement of NPI processes and tools. Background in automotive or product development is preferred, with 7–12 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage new product introductions and program life cycles.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and facilitation skills.
• Experience in driving gateway reviews, readiness assessments, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for NPI Gateway execution support across all program initiatives.
• Manage Gateway deliverables, tracking, readiness and closure.
• Collaborate with Program Managers on preparing Gateway presentations and assessing readiness.
• Verify gateway results meet goals and criteria.
• Act as PMO’s primary contact for NPI reviews and escalations.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancement of NPI processes and tools.

Ensure consistent and disciplined execution of NPI Gateway processes across all programs, supporting Program Managers and leadership

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for NPI Gateway execution support across all program initiatives.
• Manage Gateway deliverables include their tracking, readiness and closure.
• Collaborate closely with Program Managers on:
• Preparing Gateway presentations
• Assessing gateway readiness
• Verify that gateway results meet the established goals and criteria.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of NPI processes and tools.
