Job summary
Straategic Hrd Consultancy Service is looking for an experienced professional to manage precision manufacturing operations in Hyderabad. You will oversee daily and weekly production plans, ensuring output and quality targets are met while coordinating manpower, machines and materials.
You will also ensure SOP adherence and monitor processes across machining, forming, welding, heat treatment and assembly, operating CNC and conventional equipment and fixtures as required.
Qualifications
- 5–8 yrs experience in precision manufacturing/metal forming/CNC operation in defence/aerospace component, shells, casing or heavy machining
- GD&T importance for tolerance control
- AS9100 quality system experience
- Knowledge of defence manufacturing standards
- Experience with OEE monitoring and improvement
- Lean manufacturing knowledge and application
- Familiarity with 5 Why problem solving
- Familiarity with Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams
