The role requires 4-10 years of Precast Industry experience with a focus on safety, documentation, and continuous process improvement. A digital mindset and readiness to adopt AI-driven approaches are encouraged.

Formación

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering/Mechanical.
• 4-10 years of experience with Precast Industry exposure.
• Experience in production management and lean practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily production activities to meet output targets, SOPs and timelines.
• Interpret complex drawings for production planning and scheduling.
• Allocate manpower, equipment and materials to maximize productivity.
• Continuously analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct regular inspections.
• Maintain production records, daily logs and 15-day progress reports.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, planning and logistics teams.
• Identify risks and develop action plans to mitigate delays or shortages.
• Support equipment maintenance and minimize downtime; promote digital mindset and AI-driven initiatives.

Manage daily production activities to ensure output targets, process flow, and delivery timelines are consistently achieved. Monitor operations for adherence to SOPs and technical specifications.

Drawing Interpretation:

Interpret complex technical drawings and convert them into executable actions for production planning, scheduling, and team coordination.

Efficiently allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and minimize operational costs and wastage.

Process Improvement:

Continuously analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies, implement corrective actions, and drive lean practices to enhance overall output.

Safety Compliance:

Compliance to safety protocols, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain and update production records, daily logs, and 15-day progress reports with key performance data including output, downtime, rework, and resource consumption.

Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including quality, maintenance, planning, and logistics to ensure smooth handoffs and effective communication.

Identify potential production risks, delays, or resource shortages early and develop action plans to address them proactively.

Equipment & Maintenance Support:

Support equipment upkeep by ensuring timely maintenance, escalating technical issues, and minimizing unplanned downtimes through coordination with the maintenance team.

Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.
