Job summary

Kunstocom (india) Limited is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to oversee floor operations and guide a large team in a plastics production setting. You will lead the shift, troubleshoot processes, control material weight, and optimize efficiency while coordinating with robot systems and multiple molding machines.

You will apply knowledge of commodity and engineering plastics and use SAP and Finsys daily to track operations, reject handling, and manpower allocation across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading production floor operations and shift handling.
• Proficient in troubleshooting plastic product processes.
• Experience in process rejection control and material weight optimization.
• Experience managing 100–200 personnel per shift.
• Experience with robot operations and setup.
• Experience operating molding machines (Haitian, Tedric, L&T, CLF).
• Knowledge of plastic raw materials (commodity and engineering plastics).
• Proficient in SAP and Finsys ERP.
