Job summary

Packwell Paper Tube Industries in Haryana is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure daily targets are met with efficiency. You will manage shift schedules, maximize machine utilization, and supervise material usage according to BOM.

You will monitor waste, enforce quality compliance, deploy operators, verify job cards, and prepare products for dispatch with proper QC. You will log downtime and maintain production and shift records, ensuring cleanliness on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily production targets are met with efficiency.
• Manage shift schedules and ensure timely startup.
• Maximize utilization of available machinery.
• Monitor raw material consumption as per BOM.
• Track and control production waste.
• Oversee quality compliance during production.
• Assign and track operator-helper deployment.
• Verify and sign job cards with accurate entries.
• Ensure products are ready for dispatch with proper QC.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene on the shop floor.
• Log downtime and coordinate with maintenance team.
• Maintain production reports, machine logs, and shift records.
