You will oversee engineers and technicians, enforce safety standards, and manage budgets and supplier relations to ensure cost-effective, scalable production.

Responsabilités

• Ensure that the manufacturing process is efficient, cost-effective, and meets product specifications.
• Ensure the optimal utilization of human resources, materials, and machinery to maximize output.
• Introduce new technologies or automated systems to improve production efficiency and reduce human error.
• Resolve issues in the production line, ensuring quick fixes and minimizing downtime.
• Ensure the production process follows the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with production standards and regulations.
• Oversee and lead a team of engineers, technicians, and other staff. Ensure that staff members are adequately trained on new technologies, safety protocols, and production techniques.
• Develop and manage the budget for the production Engineering department, ensuring cost-efficient operations.
• Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement of machinery.
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety guidelines.
• Identify potential risks in the production process and implement preventive measures to mitigate them.
• Ensure proper documentation of all production processes, changes, and improvements for audit and compliance purposes.
• Oversee the transition from prototype to mass production, ensuring scalability and cost-efficiency.
