Job summary

Skynet Placements & Outsourcing Services is seeking a Process Engineer to oversee plant operations, optimize process parameters, and ensure safe, efficient production across the facility.

You will lead a team of engineers, coordinate with production, maintenance, and QA, and perform mass and energy balance studies to drive energy conservation and cost reductions. The role emphasizes compliance with safety standards and scalable improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor process engineering activities to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.
• Develop, review, and optimize process parameters, operating procedures, and process flow diagrams (PFDs).
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, energy conservation, and cost reduction.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and project teams for efficient plant functioning.
• Monitor key process parameters and ensure adherence to production targets and quality standards.
• Conduct process calculations, mass and energy balance studies, and equipment performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with process safety standards, environmental regulations, and operational procedures.
• Support plant commissioning, process modifications, and implementation of new technologies.
• Lead and guide the process engineering team to achieve operational objectives.
