Job summary

Adler Talent Solutions Pvt Ltd seeks a process engineering professional to drive simulations, line trials, and optimization of production lines in a manufacturing environment. You will lead process engineers, collaborate with maintenance and supply chains, monitor yields and throughput, and ensure safety and quality across operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with process simulations and pilot trials to validate new processes.
• Ability to analyze and improve production yield, throughput, and material consumption.
• Hands-on experience with process safety and risk assessment.
• Strong problem-solving skills for root-cause analysis of recurring issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulations and pilot trials to test new processes before full-scale rollout
• Validate new production lines, layouts, or equipment changes for feasibility and efficiency gains
• Hands-on experience with digital process simulation software like ASPEN
• Improve processes and production workflows to increase yield, throughput, raw material consumption norms and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
• Coordinate with production team to reduce batch parameter variations
• Monitor daily/weekly production to meet volume and delivery targets and to identify bottlenecks
• Identify and resolve issues in processes and on the production floor in real time
• Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) for recurring breakdowns, rejections, or output shortfalls
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for quick corrective action
• Ensure processes and production output meet defined quality standards (in-process and final inspection)
• Reduce rejection/rework rates through process and production-line controls
• Drive continuous improvement to improve first-pass yield
• Lead and mentor team of process engineers and demonstrate clear capability development
• Coordinate with supply chain/materials teams to ensure uninterrupted production
• Monitor and control production costs, wastage, and manpower efficiency against budget
• Conduct safety Risk Assessment, HazOps assessment and process safety management
• Keep detailed records of process parameters, production output, downtime logs, and efficiency metrics
• Maintain SOPs, work instructions, and production reports for management review
• Evaluate new technologies, automation, and machinery; assess feasibility for production integration
• Technology transfer, training and commissioning of new equipment and systems

Process Simulations & Line Trials

Technology Evaluation and Commissioning
