Wipro Infrastructure Engineering seeks a Sr. Engineer - Production Planning & Control with 6-8 years of experience to manage machine and material planning, subcontractor coordination, and capacity calculations. The role emphasizes achieving on-time delivery, SOP adherence, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.

The incumbent will drive in-house and subcontractor planning, monitor plan vs. actuals, and ensure inventory control and timely postings.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring machine planning.
• Ensuring material movement to respect subcontract process.
• Ensuring subcontractor quality products.
• Ensuring the OTD, T+3 Adherance & Plan vs Actual.
• Ensuring capacity calculation.
• Ensuring in-house machine and assembly planning.
• Follow up with sub-contractor process.
• Inventory control.
• Raising STN’s online process.
• Bringing back rejections from sub-contractor.
• MRIRB on time closing.
• Ensuring sub-contractor cost.
• Making postings of finished goods.
• Making DCs to respective sub-contractor processes.
• Knowledge of SAP, engineering, drawing reading, process knowledge.
• Coordination with customers, marketing, FG, quality and materials team.
• Coordination for completion of proto in time (new product).
• Hard working, easy to learn, flexibility required.
