Job summary

Bondada is seeking a results-driven PMO Analyst to manage PMO activities, MIS, dashboards, and management reports for Telecom O&M. You will track project performance, KPIs, SLAs, manpower, productivity, and targets, coordinating with Operations, HR, and Finance for smooth project execution.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of telecom PMO experience, strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and drive process improvements and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Operations or Project Management preferred.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Telecom O&M, PMO, MIS or Project Management.
• Experience in telecom operations, field projects, reporting, KPI/SLA monitoring, and process improvement preferred.

Educational Qualifications:

Work Experience:
