Job summary

Adani Group's Copper Tube Plant is seeking an experienced Production Planner to develop daily, weekly and monthly production plans aligned with customer demand and plant capacity.

You will monitor plan execution, coordinate material and inventory, optimize equipment utilization and prepare MIS reports for performance review. A background in engineering or MBA Operations with 5-8 years in copper tube manufacturing is preferred, with SAP/ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or MBA Operations.
• 5-8 years of experience in copper tube manufacturing or related process industries.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and data MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on customer demand and capacity.
• Monitor execution of production schedules and ensure adherence to delivery commitments.
• Coordinate raw material, WIP and finished goods inventory planning.
• Optimize machine utilization and production resources.
• Track order fulfilment and coordinate with SCM, Production and Sales teams.
• Prepare production MIS, analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.

• To ensure effective production planning, scheduling, inventory control and coordination across functions for achieving production targets, on-time delivery and optimum resource utilization in the Copper Tube Plant.
