Qollabb EduTech Pvt. Ltd. in Gurgaon seeks a Placement Officer to manage campus placements for IT domain students and oversee the student lifecycle to ensure outcomes.

You will identify major employers, line up candidates, and coordinate with HR heads to secure tie-ups, while maintaining placement documentation and briefing students on openings.

Responsibilities

• Identify major employers for IT domain campus placements.
• Line up students according to company requirements and pre-placement profiling.
• Visit company directors and HR heads for manpower requirements and placement tie-ups.
• Coordinate with branches regarding placement procedures and placed students.
• Generate revenues by placing students and maintain pre-placement and post-placement documents.
• Brief students about opening details after client requirements are received.
• Conduct job market studies and keep regular contact with managers and trainers.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

Responsible to provide placements to students with relevant jobs in IT domain and monitor the student life cycle for ensuring standard outcome.

• After getting the requirements from client, giving briefing to the students about the opening detail.
• Conduct the job market studies.
• Regular coordination with the respective manager and trainers.
• Need to undertake additional responsibilities from time to time based on theorganizations needs.
