- Maintain a70–75% conversion ratefrom interviews to job offers.
- Build company connections throughjob portals: Google, Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn.
- Scheduleweekly company visitsfor direct engagement.
- Connect with hiring managers via email, phone, or LinkedIn.
- Share suitable student profiles based on job requirements.
Reports & Documentation:
- Track interview participation, status, and outcomes for each student.
3. Student Engagement Plan
A. Pre-Placement Orientation
- Conduct sessions onindustry expectations.
- Organizeresume-building workshops.
- Holdmock interviews(HR, technical, aptitude).
- Providecommunication skills trainingfor workplace readiness.
- Guide students to createprofessional LinkedIn profiles.
- Encourage students toapply directly to job openingssourced by the placement team.
B. One-to-One Counselling
- Advise students oncareer optionsbased on their strengths.
- Explainjob expectations(shifts, salary, growth opportunities).
- Providemotivation and follow-upsto ensure participation in drives.
C. Communication Channels
- Createsector-wise WhatsApp groups(IT / BPO / Banking).
- Sharedaily job updates, interview schedules, and results.
- Follow up personally with students whomissed placement drives.
4. Joining & Post-Placement Support
A. Joining Process
- Collect andverify student documents.
- Explainoffer letters(salary, probation, rules).
- Guide students onbackground verification(ID, PAN, Aadhaar, educational certificates).
B. Post-Placement Follow-up
- Conduct check-ins with students and HR during thefirst 30–60 days.
- Assist in resolving challenges such aswork pressure, cultural adaptation, or transport issues.
- Collectfeedbackto improve the placement process.
- Ensure80%+ retentionof placed students.
