NVS Consultants Pvt Ltd. in India is seeking an experienced payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll processes in a logistics or supply chain setup.

You will oversee salary processing, attendance, PF/ESIC compliance, and audits, while coordinating with HR, Finance and Operations to ensure timely payroll. Strong knowledge of Indian payroll laws and statutory requirements is essential.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in the logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indian payroll processes and statutory compliances.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll, salary processing, attendance, overtime and incentives.
• Handle PF/ESIC compliance, F&F settlements, payroll reconciliation and audits.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance and Operations for accurate & timely payroll.
