Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Beverage, Food, Bottling, or FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of packaging operations, quality systems, and production management.
• Hands-on experience with VPO, TPM, 5S, RCA, PDCA, and continuous improvement tools.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, EHS practices, LOTOTO, and food safety standards.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
• Experience in OEE improvement, cost optimization, and packaging line management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily packaging operations to meet production, quality, safety, and efficiency targets.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, food safety, HACCP, GMP, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
• Drive VPO implementation, 5S, continuous improvement, and best practices across packaging lines.
• Monitor and improve OEE, productivity, packaging material consumption, CO usage, and line losses.
• Lead troubleshooting, RCA, PDCA, and MCRS activities to resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate manpower, maintenance, and production planning for smooth line operations.
• Execute packaging trials, projects, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop team capabilities through training, coaching, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Quality, Brewing, Logistics, Procurement, and Maintenance teams to achieve KPIs.
