Job summary

AB In Bev India is looking to hire SM/Manager - Packaging for its Supply team based out of Aurangabad, Maharastra.

Role & responsibilities

Lead the Packaging team , follow the Ten principles ABI Company, in accordance with the VPO work, while maintaining world-class benchmark for packaging and efficiency, reduce energy waste, control consumption of raw materials, improve management; control and improve the packaging production process to ensure product quality to meet company standards; improve production line efficiency and reduce packaging production process of beer damage, material losses and the costs; minimize customer complaints; enabling In Bev to create the best packaging team in APACS.

Preferred candidate profile

Main characteristics:

Ensure employee safety, improve product quality, reduce customer complaints, strict control of energy, raw material consumption, cost and actively lead the staff to learn, work and establish VPO standards.

Key dimensions: (Headcount, volumes, market share, and EBITDA) key metrics (Total number, output, market share, net sales, earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization)

  1. VPO implementation and sustaining the practices to maintain the Desired level in the packaging.
  2. LEF indicators of compliance or better than the target value, GLY indicating compliance or better than the target value.
  3. The New product projects completed on time
  4. The total cost of zero-based budgeting (ZBB) is better than or equal to a target value; changes in the cost of production index was better than equal to the target value
  5. In the security model indicators in line with the premise of safety indicators better than or equal to the target value achieve safety pyramid.

The main KPI:

  1. Zero Loss time injury, Packaging productivity
  2. labour productivity (PTP), packaging line efficiency, packaging extract total loss, water consumption, total variable cost of production (VIC) - Variance in performance, packaging micro index, consumer complaints - bottles and listening, lost time injury, serious injury rate

Main activities
  1. Tracking Packaging unit labor productivity, the quality of Consumer Complaints, the cost of consumption and production line efficiency, and guidance to ensure objective standards to ensure that departments comply with safety laws and regulations;
  2. MCL list of execution manager, monitor key safety behavior and safety-critical tasks; develop an action plan and tracking results, continuous improvement;
  3. Ensure compliance with environmental laws and department regulations, compliance with wastewater management, by-products of waste management and environmental control measures and participation in environmental communication, concerned departments environmental risks, develop an action plan and track the results and continuous improvement;
  4. MCL execution list manager, participating departments 5 S monthly check, and the use of MCL and effective corrective session tracking completion of 5 S;
  5. Monthly tracking factory management basic principles to ensure that departments work in accordance with the basic principles of the implementation of the factory management;
  6. MCRS leading sector expanded meeting convened departments to effectively track and guide you through sectoral objectives; to the major challenges of the KPI set up ITF team to ensure KPI's carry out;
  7. Mandatory periodic review of internal / external mandatory service level agreements to ensure internal basis for external service level agreements, timely and effective provision of services and effective support for other sectors;
  8. According to the company's people management policies to guide the development of the competent authorities of the training plan based on skill matrix, development plans, and check the implementation of the tracking program;
  9. Formulating an action plan to track implementation of the plan. Ensure plant quality, quantity, time and products to the customer, to ensure customer satisfaction;
  10. Fluent in and customize the application of tools and methods VPO ensure that the KPI index control department within the budget; while continuing to target new challenges and continue to improve performance, the packaging unit to fight In Bev first-class team.
  11. Qualifications and Technical competencies required

Education : B. E/B.tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or above.

Experience : 5-6 years experience in food manufacturing industry

Technical competencies (Job related)

  1. More comprehensive beer brewing process, packaging production process knowledge;
  2. More comprehensive production and Knowledge of management.
  3. Comprehensive Knowledge of logistics management ;

Professional skill:

  1. Strong leadership; communication skills and ability to motivate;
  2. Strong judgment, analytical skills and problem solving skills;
  3. Strong listening, persuasion, negotiation, implementation capacity;
