Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, TX seeks an Assistant Outlet Manager to support the Outlet Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences while upholding Hyatt standards, budgets and brand guidelines.

You will help manage daily operations, coach team members, and contribute to the outlet’s financial success through effective leadership and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Assists the Outlet Manager in managing the assigned outlet to maximize guest satisfaction while operating within budget.
• Contributes to financial success of the outlet.

You will be responsibleto assist with theefficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations.The Assistant Manager - Outlet is responsible to assist the Outlet Manager in managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit canter, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
