Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to support the Outlet Manager in leading a hotel or large restaurant outlet in Hyderabad.

You will ensure operations align with Hyatt standards, drive guest satisfaction, and help maintain financial performance within budget. Relevant hospitality leadership experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in the efficient running of the department to meet Hyatt's brand standards and guest expectations.
• Manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center within budget and operating concept.
• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction and contribute to the financial success of the outlet.
