The ideal candidate has hospitality management education and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or large restaurant, with a focus on service excellence and budget control.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre.
• Manage operations to maximize guest satisfaction while operating within budget.
