Job summary

Alpine Executive Search Mumbai is assisting a leading Real Estate MNC for an Assistant Manager Operations & Sustainability based in Bengaluru. The role focuses on building/operations performance, governance and ESG across premium properties.

Ideal candidate has 2–8 years in Facility Management or Real Estate Ops, with strong Excel/PowerPoint, analytical and PM skills. PMP would be advantageous and coordination with multiple teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Ideal profile requires any Graduate with MBA (Finance) or equivalent and 2–8 years of experience in Facility Management, Real Estate Strategy/Operations or Tier-1 Consulting.
• Strong Excel & PowerPoint, analytical, project management and communication skills are essential.
• PMP certification would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing statutory, regulatory, safety, EHS and operational compliance across properties.
• Tracking vendor/contractor documentation, licenses, insurance and contractual compliance.
• Maintaining compliance and audit trackers, identifying gaps, risks and overdue actions.
• Coordinating internal/technical audits and ensuring timely closure of observations and corrective actions.
• Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR and Property Management teams.
• Tracking management initiatives, proposals, approvals and cross-functional action items through to closure.
• Supporting ESG, sustainability and Health & Safety initiatives across operations.

We are hiring for an Assistant Manager Operations & Sustainability role with a leading Real Estate MNC managing premium commercial spaces across prime locations with world-class infrastructure.

Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 2 to 8 Years
Reporting to: VP Operations

The role will be responsible for building/operations performance, compliance, audits, cost and management reporting, with a strong focus on operational governance and sustainability/ESG.

Key responsibilities include:
