Job summary

Selective Global Search is seeking an Assistant Manager OEE to drive efficiency across Bengaluru-based manufacturing operations. You will identify productivity losses, improve equipment utilization, reduce downtime, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work with Production, Maintenance, Quality, IE and Engineering teams to deliver OEE improvement projects, establish dashboards and KPIs, and standardize best practices across lines to enable scalable gains.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing / TPM / Kaizen / Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive systematic improvements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve OEE, Availability, Performance and Quality across production lines.
• Analyze downtime, speed loss, quality loss, changeover and minor stoppages to identify improvements.
• Lead loss-tree analysis, RCA, Pareto analysis and CAPA for recurring losses.
• Drive cycle-time reduction, bottleneck removal and capacity release initiatives.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing / TPM / Kaizen / Six Sigma to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, IE and Engineering teams to deliver projects.
• Establish and monitor OEE dashboards, KPIs and daily management systems.
• Standardize best practices across machines/lines and replicate improvements across plants.

Role Purpose

Drive OEE improvement across manufacturing operations by identifying productivity losses, improving equipment utilization, reducing downtime, optimizing cycle times, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve OEE, Availability, Performance and Quality across production lines.
• Analyze downtime, speed loss, quality loss, changeover and minor stoppages to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead loss-tree analysis, RCA, Pareto analysis and CAPA for recurring production losses.
• Drive cycle-time reduction, bottleneck removal, debottlenecking and capacity release initiatives.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing / TPM / Kaizen / Six Sigma methodologies to improve productivity.
• Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, IE and Engineering teams to deliver OEE improvement projects.
• Establish and monitor OEE dashboards, KPIs and daily management systems.
• Standardize best practices across machines/lines and support replication of improvement initiatives across plants.
