Job summary

Senior Consultant Technical: Production Excellence in Odisha seeks an experienced professional to drive production operations and operational transformation on the shop floor. You will lead OEE improvement initiatives, process enhancements and loss elimination across the manufacturing line.

Qualification includes a BE/B.Tech in a related field and 5–7 years of hands-on production experience, preferably in asset-intensive industries.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Metallurgy, Manufacturing or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of hands-on production operations experience; directly managed production.
• Experience in Steel, Metals, Heavy Engineering, or asset-intensive industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OEE, Lean, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, RCA and production KPIs.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt strongly preferred; TPM knowledge is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose production losses, bottlenecks, downtime and OEE gaps; implement improvements.
• Drive OEE and Loss Elimination across Availability, Performance and Quality.
• Improve productivity, throughput, attainment, reliability and changeover performance.
• Implement Daily Management Systems, production KPIs and structured problem solving.
• Build plant capabilities through Lean, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, RCA and continuous improvement.
