Job summary

RaveOne in Bangalore is seeking a Senior Lean Six Sigma Green Belt to lead process-improvement initiatives in production and operations. You will drive OPEX strategies, mentor teams, and deliver measurable productivity, quality, and efficiency gains in FMCG/manufacturing settings.

You will execute DMAIC projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs (OEE, defects, downtime), perform root-cause analysis, train staff, and develop reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (mandatory).
• 8–10 years of experience in production/operations with a focus on OPEX in manufacturing (FMCG, automotive, or similar).
• Proficiency in DMAIC, 7QC tools, process mapping, and data analysis (Excel, PowerBI).

Responsibilities

• Lead Green Belt projects using DMAIC to reduce waste and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement OPEX strategies and monitor KPIs (OEE, defects, downtime).
• Conduct root cause analysis for bottlenecks and quality issues; deploy corrective actions.
• Train and mentor junior staff in Lean Six Sigma tools and problem solving.
• Analyze production data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and quality standards on the shopfloor.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards communicating project outcomes.
• Support Black Belts in larger organizational initiatives as needed.

Job Summary

This role focuses on executing Lean Six Sigma projects within departmental scopes, aligning with organizational goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Green Belt-level projects using DMAIC methodology to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and optimize production processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement OPEX strategies (5S, TPM, Kaizen) and monitor KPIs like OEE, defect rates, and downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production bottlenecks and quality issues, deploying corrective actions.
• Train and mentor junior staff/teams in Lean Six Sigma tools and problem‑solving techniques.
• Analyze production data (e.g., material variance, machine utilization) to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards on the shopfloor.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate project outcomes to stakeholders.
• Support Black Belts in larger organizational initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.

Preferred Qualifications
