The role focuses on team leadership, inventory management, and partner collaboration to achieve profitability targets and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced Domino’s Pizza

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, coach and motivate the store team.
• Drive sales, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor inventory, stock availability and wastage.
• Support manpower planning, recruitment, training and team development.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure quick resolution.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational processes.
• Monitor store performance and take corrective actions where required.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving business and profitability targets.
