Job summary

AGES Learning Solutions LLC is seeking a highly analytical MIS- Assistant Manager to manage reporting, data analysis, and BI initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and data visualization, presenting insights to stakeholders with accuracy and clarity.

The role requires transforming data into actionable business insights while ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency, in a WFO night-shift environment across multiple clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics.
• Strong experience with Power BI (mandatory).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas, and dashboards.
• Experience working with large datasets and database management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a Work From Office (WFO) environment and Night Shift.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Design and manage interactive dashboards using Power BI.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports.
• Monitor key business metrics and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Utilize Advanced Excel for complex data analysis, reporting, and automation.
• Support management with financial, operational, and performance analysis.
• Present reports and insights effectively to leadership and business teams.
