Advantmed India LLP seeks an experienced MIS Team Leader to head our IHA Reporting Team. The role requires strong MIS reporting, automation, and BI skills to deliver actionable insights and drive excellence. You will manage a team of 6-8 and collaborate with cross-functional groups to meet client requirements.

Ideal candidates will excel in data analysis, stakeholder management, and performance coaching, with experience in US healthcare clients preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an MIS reporting team and delivering actionable insights.
• Strong expertise in Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
• Ability to automate reports and implement process improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Exposure to Power BI, Python, VBA, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 6-8 MIS Executives and Automation Analysts.
• Ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual client reporting requirements.
• Monitor team productivity, reporting accuracy, and performance metrics.
• Manage client requirements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and employee development initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting automation.
• Analyze operational data and provide meaningful business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and operational excellence.
• Resolve reporting, system, and operational issues impacting service quality.
