Job summary

Delhivery seeks an Infra Projects SPOC to lead multiple site projects in Karnataka, driving micro-level planning, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination to meet deadlines and budgets.

You will validate designs, ensure safety and quality on site, and manage handovers with proper HOTO procedures. Six Sigma/PM certification is preferred, with readiness for travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• PM with project delivery experience and site coordination.
• Six Sigma / Project Management certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently and deputize at sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for multiple infra projects within budget and timeline.
• Micro level planning, scheduling, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Design validation of drawings and specifications.
• Ensure safety and quality at execution sites.
• Documented handover of completed facilities with HOTO signoff.
• Review, certify measurements, and process vendor invoices/PO closures.
• Value optimization in project cost and timelines.

Role & responsibilities

1. 1. Act as a SPOC in delivering multiple Infra Projects within the Timeline & Budget.
2. 2. Micro level project planning, scheduling, monitoring & coordination with all internal & external stakeholders.
3. 3. Design validation of correct, consistent, and comprehensive drawings and specifications.
4. 4. Ensure proper Safety & Quality of execution work at sites.
5. 5. Ensure documented handover of all completed facilities, complying HOTO signoff process.
6. 6. Review, certify measurements & Sign off vendors' bills. Ensure timely GRN, Submission of Provisions, Bills, and Closure of PO as per Contract.
7. 7. Value addition in Project cost & timeline management.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills :

Project Management, AutoCAD, MS Projects, MS Office, Google Sheets, Good Written & Verbal communication.

Six Sigma / Project Management certified candidates preferred.

Note: Should be conformable with frequent traveling and deputation at Project sites as per business requirements.
