Job summary

The role requires 8+ years in MEP Billing and strong quality control, coordinating with multiple departments for bills closing and audits. Based at Hyderabad, on-site engagement.

Qualifications

• B.E / B Tech - Electrical is required.
• 8+ years of experience in MEP Billing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Direct verification of measurements at site with respect to drawing and specification.
• Assist in guidance and motivation to team members at Hyderabad for processing and releasing of vendor payments.
• Assist and make sure, that all the payments are being done for the actual work done at site, as per P.O terms and specifications without any chance of over payment at any point of time.
• Provide quality control for completeness & adherence to company standards for execution of work.
• Coordination with all departments to sort out any issues related to vendor payments Invoices.
• Assist and coordinate with all concern departments for quarterly and financial year bills closing, internal and external audits, submission of records and reply to audit querry.
• Assist projects team for coordination of bills verification and certification and payment process for all the vendors related to services.
