Job summary

Avenue-Supermart-Ltd in Thane HO is seeking a Deputy Manager - MEP Billing. The role focuses on maintaining project documentation, reviewing tender documents, contracts and BOQ, and estimating MEP quantities.

Eligible candidates will hold BE/BTech in Electrical or Mechanical and bring 4–8 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and knowledge of MEP best practices are essential, along with the ability to verify final costs against work orders and conduct site visits across PAN

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• 4–8 years of relevant field experience.
• Good academics track record and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records.
• Review tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Quantity estimation of all MEP items.
• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of best practices on MEP in construction industry.
• Check and submit final cost as per work orders including extras, excesses or savings.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify BOQ specifications and quantities PAN India.
