JLL in India seeks an Assistant Program Manager – Meetings & Events to plan, coordinate and execute corporate events. You will manage timelines, logistics, on-site support and post-event reporting, while ensuring clear communication with clients and internal teams.

You will oversee end-to-end event delivery across in-person, virtual and hybrid formats, maintain accurate records, and help drive process improvements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in event coordination or related program delivery.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization in dynamic environments.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and travel domestically.
  • Experience coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in event project management and timelines.
  • Knowledge of virtual and hybrid event platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end planning of meetings and events including timelines logistics, and on-site execution when required.
  • Maintain and update event project plans, task lists, and status reports while assisting in on-site event management including setup and registration.
  • Support virtual and hybrid event platforms when applicable while contributing to post-event reporting and data analysis.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers and internal teams to ensure clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all programs and contribute to process improvement initiatives while managing teams effectively.
  • Maintain accurate event records, documentation, and post-event reports while troubleshooting operational challenges during events.
  • Coordinate with various departments and vendors to ensure seamless event delivery while managing multiple priorities in dynamic environment.

What this job involves:


The Assistant Program Manager – Meetings & Events supports the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate meetings & events. As an Assistant Program Manager – Meetings and Events based in Bangalore, India, you will ensure seamless delivery of events by managing logistics, stakeholder communications and administrative tasks while assisting in the end-to-end planning of meetings and events including timelines logistics, and on-site execution when required. This role requires you to serve as a point of contact for customers and internal teams to ensure clear and consistent communication while maintaining accurate documentation for all programs and contributing to process improvement initiatives. You will play a crucial role in supporting JLL's commitment to exceptional event management by managing teams and maintaining accurate event records that directly contribute to our mission of delivering transformative solutions through exceptional corporate event experiences.



What your day-to-day will look like:


  • Assist in the end-to-end planning of meetings and events including timelines logistics, and on-site execution when required

  • Support virtual and hybrid event platforms when applicable while contributing to post-event reporting and data analysis

Required Qualifications:


  • 3–5 years of experience in event coordination, meeting planning, or similar program delivery role with proven experience supporting both in-person and virtual event formats

  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in dynamic environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings or weekends, during peak event periods with willingness to travel domestically to support event operations

  • Experience managing teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders including customers and internal teams

  • Proficiency in event project management including maintaining timelines, task lists, and status reports

  • Knowledge of virtual and hybrid event platforms with ability to troubleshoot technical issues during events

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate event records and documentation.



Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field

  • Experience with Amazon corporate events or similar technology company event coordination

  • Background in post-event reporting and data analysis for continuous improvement initiatives

  • Knowledge of event setup, registration processes, and on-site event management best practices

  • Experience coordinating both domestic and international corporate meetings and events

  • Familiarity with various event management software and virtual event platform technologies.
