Job summary

Rehlko is seeking an Assistant Manager- Manufacturing Engineering to lead MES deployment and IT/OT integration for automotive manufacturing lines in Aurangabad. This role focuses on optimizing production through Rockwell MES lite, PLC programming, and data integration across ERP/PLM systems.

You will collaborate with production, quality, and IT teams, gather requirements from stakeholders, perform fit-gap analyses, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safe, compliant manufacturing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development engineering experience

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains network performance.
• Strong experience in Rockwell MES lite product.
• Experience on requirement gathering from various stakeholders.
• Experience on functional consultant and Fit Gap Analysis.
• Must have knowledge of Manufacturing domain knowledge on Production process, Assembly process etc.
• Production, Quality, Inventory, Performance Management, Data Management & Reporting, and Enterprise Integration (ERP, PLM)
• Has minimum 5 years of software development engineering experience; must be strong and have experience in Siemens PLC programming.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization, both technical and non-technical.
• Profound knowledge of IT/OT connectivity protocols, in particular OPC-UA, OPC-DA.
• 5+ years of experience in configuring and applying MES systems.
• Experienced in various tasks associated with MES (e.g., Order Management, Line Control, Material Management, Rework Control, Packaging Control, Product Setup Management, Block Management)
• Experienced in improving IT solution implementation work via methods, data, and automation across the solution lifecycle.
• Knowledge of machine connectivity tools, knowledge of interfaces to hard- (PLC) and software systems (notably SAP system) is a plus.
• Industries & Domain: Production/ Manufacturing (Preferably Automotive manufacturing).
• Know-how: Good technical understanding of integrated IT solutions.
• Should be capable to work and integration with Level 1(Field devices) and Level 3 (OPC).
