Job summary

Rehlko is seeking an experienced MES/IT-OT integration specialist with a strong background in software development for manufacturing environments. The role focuses on MES systems, PLC interfaces, and production data management to optimize operations and data flow.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in software development, expertise in Siemens PLC programming, and a solid understanding of IT/OT connectivity (OPC-UA/OPC-DA).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development engineering experience, strong knowledge of Siemens PLC programming.
• Proficient understanding of IT/OT connectivity protocols, especially OPC-UA and OPC-DA.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains network performance.
• Experience with Rockwell MES lite product and requirements gathering from stakeholders.
• Functional consultancy and Fit Gap Analysis experience.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing domain (Production, Assembly, quality, inventory).
• Experience in MES tasks: Order Management, Line Control, Material Management, Packaging Control, Product Setup, Block Management.

• Production, Quality, Inventory, Performance Management, Data Management & Reporting, and Enterprise Integration (ERP, PLM), Plant Integration
• Has minimum 5 years of software development engineering experience; must be strong and have experience in Siemens PLC programming.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization, both technical and non-technical.
• Profound knowledge of IT/OT connectivity protocols, in particular OPC-UA, OPC-DA
• 5+ years of experience in configuring and applying MES systems.
• Experienced in various tasks associated with MES (e.g., Order Management, Line Control, Material Management, Rework Control, Packaging Control, Product Setup Management, Block Management)
• Experienced in improving IT solution implementation work via methods, data, and automation across the solution lifecycle.
• Knowledge of machine connectivity tools, knowledge of interfaces to hard- (PLC) and software systems (notably SAP system) is a plus.
• Industries & Domain: Production/ Manufacturing (Preferably Automotive manufacturing).
• Know-how: Good technical understanding of integrated IT solutions.
• Should be capable to work and integration with Level 1 (Field devices) and Level 3 (OPC).
