Responsibilities

• Handle Sea Export pricing enquiries and prepare quotations.
• Procure and negotiate rates with shipping lines and overseas agents.
• Manage end-to-end Sea Export operations from booking to shipment.
• Coordinate with customers, lines, CHA, and internal teams.
• Prepare and verify shipping/Export documentation.
• Maintain freight rate databases and monitor market trends.
• Address customer queries and price-related escalations.
• Ensure timely shipment execution and accurate pricing.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join Sea Export team. The candidate will be responsible for rate procurement, quotation, customer coordination, shipment execution, and ensuring competitive pricing with smooth end-to-end operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Sea Export pricing enquiries and prepare competitive quotations.
• Procure and negotiate rates with shipping lines, NVOCCs, co-loaders, and overseas agents.
• Handle end-to-end Sea Export Operations from booking to shipment execution.
• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents, CHA, and internal teams.
• Prepare and verify shipping and export documentation.
• Handle booking, SI submission, BL instructions, amendments, and shipment follow-ups.
• Maintain updated freight rates and pricing databases.
• Monitor market trends and ensure competitive pricing with healthy margins.
• Handle customer queries, operational issues, and pricing-related escalations.
• Ensure timely execution of shipments and accurate pricing.
• Maintain proper records of quotations, rates, and shipment details.
