• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through project sales and specification selling.
• Build and maintain relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, PMCs, Consultants, Builders, Developers, Contractors, and Corporate Clients.
• Identify upcoming projects and secure product specifications.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment collection.
• Coordinate with channel partners, distributors, and internal teams for project execution.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and participate in project negotiations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates.
