Job summary

One of the Leading Organization in Mumbai seeks an Admin Records Officer to maintain patient records across Ayurvedic Centres, manage data and treatment details, and oversee stock updates.

The role requires coordinating with centres and the Head Office, ensuring accurate MIS & records, and supporting audits to ensure smooth operations and compliant records across all centres.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update records of patients treated at all Ayurvedic centres.
• Maintain patients data, treatment details, and related medical records accurately.
• Monitor and update Ayurvedic medicine stock across all centers.
• Coordinate with respective Ayurvedic Centres for regular updates on patient records and medicine inventory.
• Coordinate with Head Office to ensure smooth administration and efficient record management across all centres.
• Handle operational related audit reports and have a detailed understanding of all activities happening in Centre.

Job description

Look Into all admin related work at all centers

Any other work related to the project needs to be handled

Stock Management, MIS & Records
