Magicrete Building Solutions Pvt. ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager - Electrical Maintenance to oversee the reliable operation of plant electrical systems, panels, and automation. You will lead preventive maintenance, troubleshoot PLC/HMI/SCADA, and ensure safety compliance while optimizing energy efficiency.

You will supervise technicians and contractors, coordinate with production, OEMs, and service providers, and maintain PM reports, MTBF/MTTR, and critical spare parts to minimize downtime.

Qualificações

• Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in manufacturing.
• Experience with HT/LT distribution, PLC, VFD, HMI, and SCADA troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant electrical systems including HT/LT panels, transformers, MCC/PCC, motors, VFDs, and DG sets.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, sensor, control panel, and other electrical system issues.
• Ensure electrical equipment availability, minimize breakdowns, and support production equipment.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, and critical spare management.
• Ensure electrical safety, LOTO, earthing, statutory compliance, and safe maintenance execution.
• Supervise technicians and contractors, coordinate with Production/OEMs/service providers, and maintain PM reports, MTBF/MTTR.

Role Summary

Responsible for reliable operation and maintenance of plant electrical systems, machinery, automation, and utilities, with focus on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment uptime, safety, and energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant electrical systems, including HT/LT panels, transformers, MCC/PCC, motors, VFDs, and DG sets.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, sensor, control panel, and other electrical system issues.
• Ensure electrical equipment availability, minimize breakdowns, and support production equipment including autoclaves, compressors, pumps, conveyors, cranes, and batching systems.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules, equipment inspections, electrical health checks, and critical spare management.
• Ensure electrical safety, LOTO, proper earthing, statutory compliance, and safe execution of maintenance activities.
• Supervise technicians and contractors, coordinate with Production/OEMs/service providers, and maintain maintenance records, PM reports, MTBF/MTTR, and breakdown data.

Qualification

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

Experience & Industry Background

• 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in manufacturing or continuous-process industries.
• Experience in AAC Blocks, AAC Panels, Cement, Concrete Products, Building Materials, or similar industries preferred.
