Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Maximize machine uptime and minimize downtime in production.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Prepare and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor performance and drive equipment efficiency.
• Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Stores teams.
• Supervise the maintenance team and ensure safety compliance.
• Support TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
