Responsibilities

• Carry out Training Need Analysis with the concerned department heads on a quarterly basis.
• Support departments in developing cutting-edge functional excellence and leadership capabilities.
• Act as change catalyst in cultural and organizational transformation.
• Provide inputs for Training aspects for all activities and unit plans.
• Reinforce learning and developmental initiatives through individual and team development, career development, training and experience-based learning.
• Induct, coach and mentor new joinees.
• Interact with departmental heads daily in people development and support operations.
• Partner in interventions for organizational and leadership development including conducting training programs.
• Monitor and conduct L&D reviews with each department and unit Management Committee.
• Review training effectiveness in the unit and with the management committee.
• Regularly communicate with staff and maintain good relations.
• Oversee sourcing and selection of Industrial Trainees/Apprentice Trainees.
