• 58 years of experience in IT Support / Warehouse IT / Retail IT.
• Retail, Warehouse, or Logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure Management for LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi networks.
• End-user support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• IT asset and inventory management, including network devices.
• Incident management with escalation per defined matrix and RCA.
• Backup and Disaster Recovery support and drills.

Job Designation- Assistant Manager-IT

Job Location- Pataudi & Luhari- Warehouse (Haryana)

We are looking for a proactive IT Infrastructure & Support professional to manage and support IT operations at the warehouse/RDC. The role involves maintaining network infrastructure, providing end-user support, managing IT assets, and ensuring smooth IT operations to avoid downtime in warehouse activities.

Role & responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure Management

• Manage and monitor LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
• Configure and maintain switches, routers, and firewalls (Fortinet preferred).
• Monitor and support ILL / MPLS connectivity.
• Ensure network stability and performance across warehouse operations.
• Manage NSO Team (PAN India)

2. End-User Support

• End to end support for Desktops and laptops users
• Handheld terminals (HHT)
• Printers, label printers, and other peripheral devices
• Handle IT ticketing system and track incidents.
• Ensure SLA-based resolution of user issues.

3. IT Asset & Inventory Management

• Inbound & Outbound inventory management
• Network devices
• Track the complete asset lifecycle, including: Allocation, Repair, Replacement

4. Incident Management

• Handle critical IT incidents such as:
• Network outages
• Server downtime
• Device failures impacting warehouse operations
• Escalate issues as per the defined escalation matrix.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.

5. Backup & Disaster Recovery Support

• Ensure regular data backups for warehouse systems.
• Support Disaster Recovery (DR) drills and recovery procedures.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports including:
• Incident reports
• Downtime analysis
• Asset status reports
• Maintain proper documentation of IT systems and processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS).
• Knowledge of Windows OS and basic Linux systems.
• Experience in hardware troubleshooting including:
• Desktops
• Printers and Label Printers
• Handheld Terminals (HHT)
• Basic knowledge of network security and firewall management.

Education & Experince

• B. Tech / BCA / Equivalent qualification in IT or related field.
• 58 years of experience in IT Support / Warehouse IT / Retail IT.
• Prior experience working in Retail, Warehouse, or Logistics environments will be preferred.
