Job summary

Affle is seeking an Assistant Manager - Investor Relations in Gurgaon to support the IR function and work with the IR Manager on investor communication, financial reporting and market analysis.

The role requires 2-4 years in Investor Relations or related finance areas, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and a good grasp of financial statements. This position offers exposure to senior leadership and capital markets stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis or a related role.
• Good understanding of financial statements and basic financial/business metrics.
• MBA/PGDM in Finance, CA, CFA Level I/II or equivalent qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of quarterly earnings presentations, investor communication materials and financial updates.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for investor and analyst meetings.
• Track & analyze shareholding patterns, share price movements, peer performance and market developments.
• Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, analyst coverage and investor sentiment.
• Support the coordination of investor meetings, analyst interactions, earnings calls, conferences and roadshows.
• Work with internal teams to gather financial and business information required for investor communication.
• Assist with the preparation of the Annual Report and other investor-related disclosures.
• Maintain Investor Relations data, trackers, presentations and documentation.
• Support the IR Manager on ESG, corporate communication and other strategic initiatives as required.

Position Overview: We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Investor Relations to support Affle’s Investor Relations function and work closely with the IR Manager on investor communication, financial reporting and market analysis. This role is ideal for someone with strong finance/analytical background and 2-4 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, FP&A or a related experience. The person will support the preparation of investor materials, analyze market and peer developments, coordinate investor interactions and assist with regular financial and business analysis. The role will provide exposure to senior leadership, investors, analysts and the broader capital markets ecosystem.

• Interest in capital markets, listed companies and investor communication.

The Person We’re Looking For

• We are looking for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
• This is not a pure accounting or reporting role. The person should be comfortable working with financial data but also able to convert information into clear presentations and communication for external stakeholders.
• You should be comfortable asking questions, digging into numbers and supporting the Manager with the day-to-day execution of the Investor Relations function.
