Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Attend kick‑off meeting, proper documentation and pre‑inspection registration.
• Prepare installation schedule and other pre‑site requirements in collaboration with sales team and client.
• Control loss/rejection/damages of materials in the project.
• Achieve required output/man‑days for installation/assembly.
• Mobilize teams to sites based on site requirements.
• Analyse and indent shortages and damages reported by supervisors.
• Arrange infills.
• Ensure collection of acknowledged invoices and work completion certificates from CS supervisor, and maintain proper records.
• Perform quality checks with respect to organisational norms in assembly and installation at site, and submit data to HOD.
• Prepare weekly plan for all site installations based on dispatches and client requirements.
• Compile and analyse records of received/observed problems/complaints, and give feedback to respective department and management team.
• Maintain site records, prepare monthly MIS for the site, and monitor team performance on a quarterly basis.
• Develop new installation teams and conduct the required number of training sessions for them.
• Ensure team and personal development through training and development programmes.
• Provide backend support to dealers (team training arrangement and technical support).
• Hold toolbox meetings on safety and installation execution at regular intervals.
• Maintain customer contact on technical issues.
• Manage project responsibility and price evolution jointly with the sales team.
• Coordinate project execution for large key accounts.
• Attend weekly meetings, address customer complaints and solutions.
• Demonstrate productivity aspects to windows and doors installers.
• Submit installation contractor billing to head office fortnightly.
• Recommend installation weekly payments to HOD.
• Submit installation MRM reports and service reports at the end of every month.
