K B Polychem India Limited is looking for a Lead QC professional to head the quality control department for screen and pad printing inks. You will implement quality systems, SOPs and testing protocols to ensure consistency in shade, adhesion and drying times while monitoring print performance.

You will coordinate with R&D and Production to drive quality improvements and meet customer requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ink formulations, pigments and additives.
• Experience with solvent-based printing ink QC.
• Experience with screen and pad printing ink testing.

Responsabilités

• Lead QC dept. for screen and pad printing inks.
