Job summary

Tata Electronics Pvt. Ltd. in India is seeking an experienced L3 IT Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve complex enterprise IT issues across Windows, AD, Intune, and MS 365. You will design, implement, and maintain endpoint management solutions and drive problem management and RCA activities.

You will coordinate with Network and Security teams, support security controls like CyberArk and MFA, and contribute to SOPs and knowledge bases while mentoring L1/L2 engineers.

Qualifications

• At least 7–10 years of IT experience.
• BE/BTech in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across OA infrastructure and enterprise IT.

Job description

Purpose
Provide L3-level technical support for complex OA infrastructure and enterprise IT issues.
Act as the technical escalation point for L1/L2 OA engineers.
Troubleshoot complex issues related to Windows, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Intune, Microsoft 365 and endpoint management.
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise endpoint management solutions.
Provide L3 support for Microsoft Intune, device compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment, and security policies.
Troubleshoot complex LAN/Wi-Fi and endpoint connectivity issues in coordination with Network and Security teams.
Support enterprise security controls including CyberArk, CrowdStrike/Trellix, MFA, endpoint protection, and access controls.
Analyze recurring incidents and perform RCA, problem management and permanent resolution.
Review and implement changes through formal Change Management processes.
Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, office/site deployments, and technology upgrades.
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, Microsoft, and other technology partners for critical issues.
Define and maintain SOPs, KB articles, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation.
Review L2 performance, ticket quality, SLA compliance, and escalation trends.
Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to L1/L2 engineers.
Participate in critical incident management and provide timely management updates.
Ensure compliance with IT security, audit, and corporate infrastructure standards.
Key Responsibility
At least 7-10 years of experience. BE / BTech in Computer science or related degree. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly.
Ability to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency through system enhancements. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
