Job summary

Freudenberg Filtration Technologies, part of the Freudenberg Group, seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives in Pune, India. The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, ISO standards expertise, and proficiency with Workday and SharePoint.

You will guide audits, risk assessments, and safety programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a diverse, global organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a business, technical, or engineering discipline.
• Over 6 years of job-specific work experience in HSE management, including leadership roles in team management and safety program development.
• Strong knowledge of local HSE laws and regulations, corporate standards, and ISO certifications relevant to HSE (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) at an advanced level.
• Proficiency in Workday and SharePoint.
• Expertise in conducting HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Fluent in local language and English.
