Qualifications

• Full Time Engineering Graduate [Mechanical / Electrical/Chemical/ Fire & Safety] with Degree / Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by Central / State Government which is as per UGC guidelines
• Minimum Experience: 02 years of post qualification experience in factory or in maintenance and in Industrial Safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with EHS statutory requirements, company policies, and applicable standards across assigned units.
• Conduct EHS inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain statutory records, compliance documentation, and coordinate with regulatory authorities on EHS-related matters.
• Organize EHS trainings, toolbox talks, safety campaigns, mock drills, and awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture.
• Monitor EHS performance, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Corporate HSE, Regional HSE, and unit teams for implementation of audit observations, sustainability initiatives, BRSR, ESG requirements, and safety programs.
• Ensure emergency preparedness and effective implementation of health, safety, and environmental management systems across units.
• Any other task as may be assigned from time to time.
