Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of post-qualification experience in factory or HSE roles.
• Experience in production/maintenance in factory environments.
• Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by government authorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating for Compliance under HSE rules and OSHWC Code, Environment Act, PESO.
• Coordinating for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 frameworks.
• Maintenance of fire hydrants, fire alarms, and water/wastewater treatment plants.
• Prepare and assist in hazard identification and risk assessment.
• Conduct safety inspections and recommend improvements.
• Deliver fire safety training for workplace compliance and awareness.
• Ensuring safety standards, statutory rules, and authority directives.
• Manage HSE documentation, analyze MIS data, report incidents, track indices, and ensure audits.
• Conduct internal audits, support external audits, and organize mock drills.
• Promote safety awareness through training sessions and safety weeks.

Job description

• Coordinating for Compliance under HSE compliance under OSHWC Code, Environment Protection Act, and PESO rules.
• Coordinating for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 frameworks.
• Maintenance of fire hydrants, fire alarms, and water/wastewater treatment plants.
• Prepare and assist in hazard identification and risk assessment.
• Conduct safety inspections and recommend improvements.
• Deliver fire safety training for workplace compliance and awareness.
• Ensuring safety standards, statutory rules, and authority directives.
• Ensuring site safety through rules, checklists, stopping unsafe work, and guiding workforce
• Conduct internal audits, support external audits, and organize mock drills.
• Promote safety awareness through training sessions, competitions, and safety weeks.
• Manage HSE documentation, analyse MIS data, report incidents, track indices, and ensure audit compliance.
• Any other additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned. 02 years of post qualification experience in factory or in HSE department/Production/Maintenance in Factory, manufacturing establishments of which one year preferably in industrial safety.
