Job summary

Advance Career Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive strategic HR partnerships across our sales region. The role focuses on talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement to optimize retention and growth.

You will partner with business leaders, oversee onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance, and lead change management during organizational transitions while supporting leadership development and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership with business leaders to translate goals into HR strategies
• Drive workforce planning, organization structuring, and talent optimization
• Act as trusted advisor on people-related matters
• Talent acquisition & workforce planning: support sales hiring for the North Zone and leadership roles
• Ensure quality of hires and adherence to budget
• Performance management: drive cycles and support PIP
• Employee engagement & retention: design initiatives and analyze attrition
• HR operations & compliance: onboarding, payroll coordination, exits, and policy adherence
• Learning & development: identify training needs and leadership development
• Change management: lead HR interventions during organizational changes

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnership

• Partner with business leaders to understand goals and translate them into HR strategies
• Drive workforce planning, organization structuring, and talent optimization
• Act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Collaborate with TA team to ensure timely sales hiring for the North Zone
• Support hiring for critical and leadership roles
• Ensure quality of hires and adherence to budget

3. Performance Management

• Drive performance management cycles (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews)
• Support managers in performance improvement plans (PIP)
• Ensure fair and consistent performance evaluations

4. Employee Engagement & Retention

• Design and execute engagement initiatives across the region
• Analyze attrition trends and implement retention strategies
• Actively resolve employee grievances and concerns

5. HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance
• Partner with HR Ops for smooth on boarding, payroll coordination, and exits
• Maintain discipline and ethical workplace practices

6. Learning & Development

• Identify training needs and coordinate learning interventions
• Support leadership development and succession planning
• Drive capability-building initiatives

7. Change Management

• Lead HR interventions during organizational changes
• Support culture transformation and communication initiatives
